MEET THE TEAM

  • Thomas Jessen, co-founder of Creos, brings a wealth of strategic and investment experience to the company. He previously served as CEO of Kverva where he spent two decades focusing on commercial growth and business development

    Earlier in his career, Thomas gained strategic advisory expertise as a consultant and project leader at Boston Consulting Group, honing his skills in change management and long-term strategic planning. His background also includes a role at Morgan Stanley.

    At Creos, Thomas leverages his combination of strategic insight, investment expertise, and leadership as Chairman, building lasting partnerships, and drive systemic value creation

    Fredrik Platou is co-founder and CEO of Creos. He brings extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, and strategy.

    For more than a decade, Fredrik served as CEO of the Blystad Group, a diversified family investment company with strong roots in shipping, offshore, and real estate. During this period, he oversaw a broad portfolio of investments, managed capital allocation, and developed long-term strategies across both traditional and emerging sectors.

    At Creos, Fredrik leads with a focus on value creation through people and partnerships that attracts talent, fosters collaborations, and creates system value over time.

    Ole Andreas Johansen brings strong expertise in asset management and capital markets, developed through key roles at leading Nordic financial institutions.

    He began his career in Pareto Wealth Management, where he gained experience within wealth management and investment strategy. He later joined Nordea Wealth Management, focusing on portfolio management and long-term investment strategies.

    With this background, Ole Andreas adds deep knowledge of capital allocation, risk management, and fundamental investment analysis to Creos. He is committed to building sustainable value over time and contributes to strengthening Creos’ role as a modern Nordic investment platform.
